BWC2 rescues mistreated, neglected abused and/or slaughter-bound horses. A horse with this background shows signs similar to those of PTSD. Building healthy relationships between the lives of horses and people, using the tools of our own proprietary TCR Horsemanship.

Horsemanship & Riding Lessons

TCR Horsemanship teaches communication,  diet, maintenance, and general first aid.  All while having fun in a safe environment. Dave, the founder of BWC2, is ranked by Lessons.com as one of the best horseback riding instructors in the area. 

Veterans Program

Our Veterans, First Responders and Horses share similar symptoms of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). Their triggers could be the slightest sight, touch or sound. This gives the veterans and first responders a greater understanding of the mindset of the horses we rescue.

Children's Program

Since 2009, BWC2 has worked successfully with children with diagnoses ranging from autism, cerebral palsy, ADHD, down syndrome and blindness. The program helps children build core body strength, increase motor skills and develop their ability to focus and problem solve.
