Alternative Solutions for Special Needs & Disabled Children
Since Bwc2’s inception in 2009, we have worked with children that have been diagnosed with Autism, Cerebral Palsy, ADHD, Down Syndrome and Blindness to name a few. The Children’s Program provides a unique setting for learning and a safe, fun experience while riding a horse. Riding a horse builds stronger core muscles, increases motor skills and enhances their ability to focus and problem solve. Depending on the child’s disorder, Bwc2 has the ability to custom tailor a program for each child. Through this approach, we are able to develop the social-communication skills of the child while they become an independent rider to the best of their abilities.
Your Help is Greatly Appreciated
Families with Special Needs Children have it hard enough. Add in doctor and therapist bills related to their child’s disability make it overwhelming. For this reason, Bwc2 does not charge these families for the services we provide.
Donations from our community will help keep Bwc2’s services free to these families. You have the option of a one time or monthly donation by clicking the links below.
